We’re seeking a Technical Support Technician , based in our Vilnius, Lithuaniaoffice. In this role, you willbe part of Western Union End User Help Desk team who provides 24/7 first-line internal employee and contractor support. Help Desk is the single point of contact for any technology incident (something got broken) or request (non-fault based events). Help Desk is your gateway to technology services Company-wide.

Support internal customers on multiple technologiesand solves technical issues
ProvideLevel 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users and cooperate with Tier IIand Tier III work-groups for the resolution of complex incidents
Bycooperating with different IT support teams, you will be responsible for earlyIT incident detection, investigation and escalation
What you will need to succeed:
Good troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in afast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical,problem-solving and attention to details skills
Fluency in English
