DXC Technology Senior Professional Client Delivery Manager (CDM) in Vilnius, Lithuania
Oversees operations of service delivery teams on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon business solution goals and objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Primary focus is a positive customer experience
Oversees GDN Service Delivery activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence by leading the Operational
Excellence teams that support client delivery
Owns Daily Service Review and the Weekly Service Review to combine all actions plans under the Account Health Governance framework ensuring technical teams execute as required
Drives BAU services successfully via metrics-based management (meeting SLAs, Contract Deliverables)
Early recognition and resolution of all service delivery issues on account before escalation
Identifies opportunities to improve cost effectiveness via service transformation
Advocates for the use of standard offerings, escalating where non-compliance is identified
Works collaboratively with other CDMs within account
Communicates account requirements, strategies and plans to GDNs, participates in the account governance programme
Works with technical teams to ensure that Production roadmap is kept current and initiates projects to address any end of life systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Support services, project, or program experience
