We are searching fora high energy and dynamic Senior Manager of Global Talent Management – EMEAregional lead in our Vilnius office. In this role you will support and enable Western Unions Global business growth strategy. The main priority of this position is to partner with the key business stakeholders to drive best in class enterprise-wide talent management and employee development strategies and processes related to performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification. Talent Management Programs include WU University: an award-winning Performance Management program; Leadership & Professional Development; Engagement; Org. Development Transformation and Change.

Consults, designs, develops andfacilitates a suite of talent management programs and initiatives for the globe
Enable our HR Business Partnersto execute and deliver programs on a regional basis
Analyzes and determines trainingneeds, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs. Developstraining modules and larger curriculum for various business groups
Improves organizationaleffectiveness and strengthens the talent pipeline by executing crucial talentmanagement practices such as performance management, talent assessments,succession planning, career management, and development planning
Diagnoses root-cause performancegaps, design and deliver a wide range of talent development interventions toimprove company, team, and leadership performance
Conducts research on externaltraining programs/initiatives and keeps up-to-date on the latest trainingtechnology and trends
Establishes operating objectivesand work plans, delegating assignments to subordinates and ensuring adherenceto work plans and performance requirements
Lead a small local team
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree and advanceddegree (Master's or Doctorate) in Business Administration, OrganizationDevelopment or a related field
8+ years of Talent Management,Training, OD or HR experience; instructional design experience desirable
5+ years of people & project/programmanagement experience
Experience working in globaland/or matrix organizations preferred
Ability to tailor messages andpresentations to a diverse range of individuals with advance capabilities in MSoffice suite
Executive Presence with strong stakeholdermanagement, presentation and group facilitation skills
Proven track record of successfully leading andexecuting organization wide interventions
Demonstrated effective coaching and influencingskills
