We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Digital Expansion team, based in our Vilnius office . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Western Union Digital channel experience (web and mobile) to the new regions or improving existing ones. You will work in highly diverse international environment, including new distribution partners in various countries, product and engineering teams across the globe.

  • Supporting partner during initial project planning phase – helping partner to understand how our wu.com And Android/Apple App products work and what is required for the smooth delivery

  • Project documentation preparation – working on requirement alignment between internal and external stakeholders, product, legal, implementation etc. to meet project success criteria (on time, on budget, within the scope).

  • Product deployment project management – coordinating and leading the cross-functional development teams (including external stakeholders) to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery from Scrum teams to Compliance and Legal – E2E project management

  • Product and service improvements – initiating post launch activities including new upcoming compliance requirements or improving overall quality and customer experience for our international web and app.

  • Solid project management skills - on time results, managing cross functional teams, planning, budgeting and resource allocations skills

  • Strategic vision - must be comfortable in challenging the status quo, and have the willingness to take measured risks

  • Strong leadership skills - must balance people management responsibilities with being a productive, 'hands on' contributor

  • Exceptional communication skills - must be able to effectively conduct executive communication and reporting

  • Strong relationship management - must be able to build solid rapport and relationships globally across functions and levels, internally and externally

  • Persistence and focus on results - must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity

  • Extensive multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritization skills - needs to excel in fast paced environments with frequently changing priorities
