We’re looking for an HTML Email Designer/Coder, based in Vilnius. In this role, you will be working on a variety of digital projects while following our internal style guidelines and incorporating verbal direction from project managers, clients and senior graphic designers.

As part of this role you will need to follow through with Email design and coding initiatives with a sense of urgency and attention to details;
Evaluate the scope of work, advise on ways and methods of implementing the project, and suggest realistic deadlines for project completion;
Stay on brand to fit varying needs and styles of Western Union’s product partners;
Proof-check outgoing work to ensure that assets meet content, legal and brand requirements;
Manage and track time of all projects’ executions.
What you will need to succeed:
Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Strong fundamentals in typography, layout and image manipulation
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Proficiency in the English language;
Solid communication skills and diplomacy.
What will make you stand out:
Portfolio in Digital Design and/or Web Development projects is required
Extensive experience in working on Email design/coding projects would be an advantage
Experience in UX/UI design would be an advantage.
