We’re seeking a Workforce Scheduler, based inour Vilnius office. You will be responsible for forecasting expected workload for a certain line of business/languages, including yearly, monthly, daily and interval levels, as well as providing detailed staffing requirements for internal and external contact centers.

  • Forecast expected workload

  • Provide efficientand effective agent schedules to balance between business needs, labor law andWU employee satisfaction

  • Use and develop monitoring and reporting tools to adjust staffing levelsand distribute workload to meet efficiency and cost per minute goals.

What you willneed to succeed:

  • Excellent Englishskills (both written and verbal)

  • Very stronganalytical and communicational skills

  • Demonstratedperfect MS Office skills, especially MS Excel

  • Detail orientedand results driven personality

  • Strongorganizational and customer service skills

  • Your strength isto multitask in a structured, fast - paced, deadline-oriented and demandingenvironment with minimal supervision.
