We’re seeking an we are seeking a Supervisor, KYA based in our Vilnius,Lithuania office . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the team, daily operations and achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of their respective area. The Know Your Agent (KYA) AML Compliance Supervisor leads a team providing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance support to Western Union agents and its affiliates to maintain an effective AML program that complies with Western Union policies & procedures, local regulations, and any other AML and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws as they apply to Money Services Businesses.

  • Supervise a number of staff positions andforecast staffing needs and allocate resources to ensure the timelycompletion of work and achievement of the KPIs

  • Be responsible for ensuring a high quality andproductivity for their respective team

  • Develop and motivate staff to achievedepartmental objectives

  • Be accountable for ensuring accurate and timelymanagement of administrative tasks

  • Execute policies that may affect theorganizational unit and may coordinate on activities with others outsidethe department as appropriate

  • Actively participate and/or lead projects toimplement new policy or operational changes

  • Be responsible for analyzing trends anddeveloping recommendations for business policies

What you will need to succeed:

  • University degree and proven track record of workexperience in financial or operations business or a regulatory agency

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in any of thefollowing: anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financingcompliance, risk based compliance or operations management

  • Proven ability to supervise a team

  • Planning, organizational, influencing, and teambuilding skills

  • General working knowledge of managementpractices, as well as solid professional and/or administrative, problemsolving, decision making, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to analyze, utilize industrystandards and employ sound judgment to draw conclusions regarding thestatus of an agent's compliance program

  • Excellent written and verbal communication andtraining presentation skills

  • Fluency in English
