We’re seeking Specialist based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office .In this role, you willbe a member of WUBS Global AML Investigations & SAR Reporting team which monitors transactional activity of WUBS entities (clients, remitters and / or beneficiaries). Specialists identify unusual trading patterns that may involve a criminal activity or terrorist financing, have no apparent economic or lawful purpose; investigate background and purpose of transactions; collect and document relevant account and transaction data; review and analyze data.

  • Conduct research and analysis ofcomplex and critical issues related to patterns and trends in money launderingand other potential risks

  • Undertakeregulatory reporting as mandated by law and our company's policies andprocedures

  • Assistand support the anti-money laundering compliance team to ensure the company ismeeting compliance requirements

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent analytical skills and accuracy

  • Being detail oriented while also able tosimultaneously look at the big picture to recognize patterns and connectthe little things

  • General understanding of complex correspondentbanking/payment services organizations with multiple financial products

  • General knowledge in AML Compliance, generaland/or risk based compliance

  • Ability to react quickly tochanging requirements and deal with certain level of unknown

  • Demonstrate high level of responsibility andproblem solving

  • Ability to process large volumesof tasks

  • Fluencyin English

  • Working experience in Financial institutions

  • University degree in Law/Economics or Businesswould be an advantage
