We’re seeking an EUC Solutions Support Administrator ,based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office .In this role, you will be a part Western Union Global End User Computing (EUC) team who is a key department to ensure company functions as it provides Western Union employees with their work tools and support for – computers, operating systems, software, mobile phones etc. The EUC team maintains current IT structure in the company as well as finds IT solutions that let Western Union remain competitive in the market.

  • Consult end users toassist in determining hardware, software, or system specifications

  • Modify systems and/orprograms based on user and system specifications

  • Assist in designing,developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for businessapplications and various End User related systems

  • Evaluate and integratenew hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies onworkstations and peripherals

  • Support Windows, Mac OSworkstations and various smart mobile devices

  • Respond to workrequests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of clientsoftware and the deployment of modern technology releases, performing new PCinstallations, troubleshooting, and software repair

What youwill need to succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operatingsystems and solid experience supporting Windows 7 and 10 in an enterpriseenvironment

  • Knowledge of MS Active Directory as well as experiencewith device management and software deployment tools (i.e. Tanium, IBMEndpoint Manager a.k.a. BigFix)

  • Various mobile smart devices enterprisesupport experience together with mobile devices management systems likeMobileIron

  • Understanding Mac OS in enterprise environmentwould be an advantage

  • Proven customer support experience and understandingof business processes
