We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer (Genesys) , based in our Vilnius, Lithuaniaoffice. In this role, you will be a part of a team who is responsible for Contact Centers engineering around the globe, deals with global carriers to connect inbound and outbound services to cover customers in all 200+ countries. Implements multichannel access to expand the Contact Center reach and IVR services. Optimizes call routing to deliver the best customer experience. Works with cross functional teams on the projects to launch new services or transform existing to align with changing regulations, business needs and optimization strategies

What you will need to succeed:
8+ years designing oradministrating call center environments with demonstrated in-depth Genesysmastery
3+ years’ experience in Genesysreporting; Infomart, Interactive Insights and Pulse
Strong background in Call CenterEngineering and Architecture
Working knowledge of CMS
Good interpersonal, oral andwritten communications skills

Fluency in English
Familiarity with Cisco Unified CommunicationsManager
