We’re seeking a Technical Support Technician , based in our Vilnius, Lithuaniaoffice . In this role, you willbe part of Western Union Network Operations Center (NOC) which provides IT Support services for Western Union Agents, Partners and Call Centers. NOC is a single point of contact offering proactive platform monitoring and technology support

Monitor and provide application supportservices for Western Union Agents and Partners
Bycooperating with different IT support teams, you will be responsible for earlyIT incident detection, investigation and escalation.

Good troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced,highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving andattention to details skills
Proficiency with software such as MS Word, MSExcel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
