We’re seeking a Manager, Operations Support (Reaccreditation) to work in ourVilnius office . In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of the Reaccreditation function, covering a variety of jurisdictions where WU Payments is licensed to offer services. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring all aspects of global and regional Anti-Money Laundering-related policies are adhered to.
The role requires you to stay up to date with relevant legislation and what is happening in the regulatory environment and how this may impact the business; you will be required to work closely with global colleagues to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice. At times there may be a requirement to support global teams with their accreditation/reaccreditation activities.
This role is also responsible for contributing to global Compliance policies and translating those policies into practical application; ensuring proportionate and relevant controls are in place to monitor adherence.

Responsible for ensuring theReaccreditation teams have the appropriate training, skills and experienceto perform the function
Provide support and guidance to teammembers on complex queries
Maintain oversight of key functions toensure SLAs are met
Provide advice and support on AMLissues to other areas of the business
Provide quantative and qualitativeinformation on accreditation processes
Monitor the effectiveness of risks andcontrols, implementing changes as required
Monitor the effectiveness of procedures
Contribute to the development ofCompliance Policies and translate into key stroke procedures
Contribute to local and global projectsas required
Support the wider operational teams asrequired
What you will need to succeed:
5-7 years of relevant working experience in Anti-Money Laundering orOperations support
Bachelors' degreeor its equivalent
Effectivecommunication skills in both verbal and written English with ability to deliverdifficult messages effectively, strong presentation skills.
Ability to useanalytical skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions
Capability towork and prioritize effectively under stress or in difficult situations
High attention todetail and ability to be confident in decision-making
