We’re seeking a BusinessAnalyst in AML Compliance Project Management, based in our European RegionalCenter in Vilnius . In this role, you will support and manage global changes and work closely with policy owners, functional leaders, business and technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for identification and assessment of business goals and needs, requirement analysis, design, planning and delivery of AML Compliance solutions. Your responsibilities would include leading limited scope projects and performing change control function.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • 2+years of experience in AML Compliance and 1+ year of experience inAnalytical roles

  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstandingteam player, with high attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortableworking in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment

  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication, fluency in English

  • Proficiencywith software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint andMS Outlook

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent job experience in the IT, business administration,industrial engineering or compliance industry

  • Master'sdegree or equivalent job experience in the IT, business administration,industrial engineering or compliance industry

  • Provenexperience in process improvement

  • Generalfamiliarity with business intelligence and visual analytics software suchas Alteryx and Tableau

  • Knowledgeof MS Access, SQL, Visual Basic or any other structured query andprogramming languages

  • Familiaritywith Lean principles would be considered as a strong advantage
