Western Union Digital is the new Customer Focused, Online and Mobile division of Western Union - a Global Money Transfer company that has been around for over 100 years. Currently we are looking for an Associate, Payments.

The Job

You will be responsible for completing day-to-day collection processes and ensuring all work items are accounted for. You will be performing collections and chargebacks functions such as conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers, negotiate, and collect unpaid debts, keep tracking collection payments. In addition to that you will be completing responses to bank inquiries and disputes by preparing comprehensive case reviews. Also you will be assisting in the data analysis and preparation of various reports.

About you

You have a university degree or you are the last year student. You are able to work independently and in a team. Ability to focus on the task and be proactive as well as knowledge of Microsoft applications, primarily Excel and Word is required. Also, you are fluent in English, other languages (French or Swedish) would be preferred.
