We’re seeking an Associate, Operations support (Germanlanguage), based in our Vilnius office. In this position the candidate will be part of the team who is the central point of contact for both Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) front and back office as well as for any payment queries raised by WUBS' clients. Proving outstanding support for matters related to payment processing, workflow management, payment investigations, client settlement as well as internal reporting will be the main occupation for a person working in this role. This role provides a very interesting, diverting and diverse workday - additionally, working independently and yet closely with an international team located in 3 countries is another asset that makes this role very interesting.

Dealing with after-Sales questions anddirect handling of customer requests
Evaluation and inspection of allspecific payment details
Point of contact / Advisor for internaland external clients
Extensive and regular collaborationwith Sales-Team
Close partnership withInvestigations-Team
Investigation and correction ofincorrectly routed or returned payments
Managing of client accounting andsupport of internal Accounting/AR-Teams
Various AdHoc duties
What you will need to succeed:
Advanced professional experience inpayment transactions / customer support
Know-How of accounts receivableaccounting
Outgoing personality with strongcustomer orientation
Team Player, self-insistent andwell-organized
Reliable, pro-active mind-set andsolution-oriented
Very good German and English skills
Basic Knowledge of Windows / MS Office
