We’re seeking an Associate, Accounts Receivables Operations based in ourVilnius office. You will be responsible for daily tracking and monitoring of Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) assets, producing necessary reports and notifications to Client Relationship Managers. Contacting Customers and/or Client Relationship Managers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment/confirmation via e-mail and phone.

  • Use computerized system for tracking,information gathering, and/or troubleshooting

  • Responding to customer inquiries by referringthem to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
