CSC Assistant: Help Desk Technician in Vilnius, Lithuania
As a Service Desk Ambassador (English), you will be supporting our customers over the phone in English andyour responsibilities will include: * Providing support as the first Point of Contact for IT related customer issues via multiple contact channels: phone, email, web, chat; * Performing initial diagnostic steps and providing communication to the customer both verbal and written; * Tracking issues, performing troubleshooting tasks, customer information details and follow up actions in detail within the Incident logging tool; * Being accountable for day to day activities. Following productivity and adherence requirements.

- Are fluent in English;
- Have previous customer service experience;
- Are genuinely interested in IT;
- Have excellent communication, multitasking and problem solving skills;
- Are flexible regarding different shifts in the afternoons/evenings/nights/weekends.
