Mondelez International Continuous Improvement Engineer in KAUNAS, Lithuania

  1. Deliver clear understanding of the requirements for the CI Process (e.g. behaviours/attitude and culture) to build a productive environment for sustainable productivity deliveries.

  2. Use innovative methods and tools (6-Sigma, PVR, etc.) in CI activities as well as project implementation. Continuously search for new improvements and implement them into everyday activities.

  3. Participate in the implementation of the productivity projects applying 6-Sigma method. Provide support for the project implementation group in application of 6-Sigma tools, statistical analysis, software (Minitab).

  4. Key player and direct involvement in plant roadmap preparation, execution and regular follow ups. Act a link in-conjunction with HR between works councils, management and employees to develop plant CI culture continuously.

  5. CI Engineer is a key player in achieving the plant conversion productivity target (MAP) and in identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps.

  6. Initiate and support trainings / induction programs by using existing tools like CI For All Tool Kit and CI Tool Box (e.g. teambuilding, facilitating, etc.) in co-operation with HR to ensure everyone understands what CI is all about. Key element is to build a partnership with HR/OD at plant level

  7. Provide input and organise yearly meetings with all plant functions to share CI-status ,define next steps in order to raise the performance bar, deliver sustainable productivity and to drive towards CI plant culture (key element is on people/ culture development) .

  8. Provide / apply valuable and transferable smart ideas to and from Smart Idea Library of CI page. Track and report progress on conversion productivity in partnership with local controlling by using e.g. Project Tracking System (PTS).

  9. Proactive collaboration with regional and local CI Managers from other plants across categories / countries in order to communicate the KIM common Benchmarking methodology. Support regional CI Manager on BM best practice database.

  10. University degree
